Pokémon Natures are determined by random when you catch a Pokémon in Pokémon GO Park in Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu and Pokémon Let's Go Eevee. This means that you can SAVE in front of the Pokémon and SOFT RESET for the nature.

I suspect that you can also bring the good fortune of Madam Celadon to GO Park before you save in front of the Pokémon and that this will impact the nature of your Pokémon. This would mean that you can use the soft reset method I displayed in this video, by NOT saving when you check for the nature - and this way you can get any Pokémon with your preferred nature and IV stat in speed... since the Speed stat is the only stat that is randomly assigned.

I soft resetted for my Adamant Melmetal, and only thought while editing the video that I could have tried using Madam Celadon to set the nature, and then reset for the speed stat. I will likely host a livestream sometime where I hunt for the perfect Melmetal in GO Park!

If you want to use Madam Celadon, you simply go to the Pokémon Center in Celadon City and talk to her. Madam Celadon is to the left when you enter the Pokémon Center. The color of the flower you decide to WATER will set the beneficial nature, and the color of the flower you WEED OUT is the hindering nature.

Attack - RED
Defense - YELLOW
Special Attack - BLUE
Special Defense - GREEN
Speed - PINK

MY STANCE ON CHEATING
The Nirtheart community is explicitly against cheating. Pokémon that are illegitimately obtained through the use of third-party software by you directly, or that you have received from someone else in a trade (i.e. the GTS) should all be released. Certain Pokémon like Galarian Articuno are shiny-locked, which means that they CANNOT be obtained by normal gameplay.
