One of the most hilarious features in the classic Pokémon Diamond, Pokémon Pearl and Pokémon Platinum, is the underground feature. This was a feature that allowed you to dig underground and create your own hidden base in a wall somewhere in the tunnels. You could then connect your game with other friends locally and have your bases show up in the other player's game.... and you would then be able to go into their base and steal the flag next to their computers! If you did this, you would get points that you could then use to upgrade your own base... and this feature is returning! It is quite exciting!

There are a lot of other features that are likely to return in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl, and one of my top favorites is the PokéRadar. This is a Key Item that allows you to hunt for shiny Pokémon, while being quite a fun challenge technically. There are a lot of things to keep track of while using the PokéRadar and that makes up for a fun mini-game, where your ability to navigate it at a high level may grant you a shiny Pokémon! Another feature in the classic DPP games, was the ability to customize the Poké Balls of your Pokémon. I am also wondering if they will make modern Poké Balls, as well as apricorn balls available, as it would make up for a really cool feature to have total customizability of your Pokémon in such a way! Shiny Togekiss in a customized Beast Ball for the win!

MY STANCE ON CHEATING
The Nirtheart community is explicitly against cheating. Pokémon that are illegitimately obtained through the use of third-party software by you directly, or that you have received from someone else in a trade (i.e. the GTS) should all be released. Certain Pokémon like Galarian Articuno are shiny-locked, which means that they CANNOT be obtained by normal gameplay.
