Nintendo needed most during the Wii U generation. 2 sequels, dozens of Splatfests, and content updates later, it's now one of Nintendo's most popular franchises! With the recent release of the Side Order DLC, I wanted to look back at the Splatoon trilogy, and discuss how it's evolved over its near-decade long history!
