This is especially useful when you require access to data text entry fields or clickable buttons that are below the cut-off, inaccessible section of the web site. If your screen resolution is already at its maximum (such as with a netbook with 1024 X 600 maximum resolution) and if your scroll wheel and page down keys are ineffective, this video will show you other methods that you can try.
