Why just backstab when you can block backstab? It sure looks weird, but does it actually give any block frames? Useless techniques here we go!

I suspect we all have probably done one of these time to time, not too uncommon to back stab while blocking. Does not work while holding an actual shield, only 2 handing it seems.

Apart from that... I guess this might help if you had low poise and you are fighting mobs? Once the backstab connects you take heavily reduced damage so blocking is not an issue and it only blocks on the "grab" animations as it connects. Who knows, either way it looks stylish as hell.
