Today I show you how to blur or censor a moving object in Corel Video Studio.

http://www.videostudiopro.com/en/products/videostudio/

Steps:
1) Copy the part of your video where the object you want to blur appears and place it over the original clip on the track
2) Add the Cropping effect to the second clip
3) Set the Fill Color to a color that is not used in the object you want to blur (eg: bright green)
4) Go through your clip, adding key markers periodically and changing the position and size of your crop
5) Set the Chroma Key color to the same color you used previously
3) Add the Mosaic effect to the second clip, and set the mosaic size the same throughout the clip
