hey guys what's going on it's the
digital tutor here with another
step-by-step tutorial
and in today's video i'm just going to
show you how you can go ahead and cancel
your disney plus subscription
so you might be looking to cancel this
if you've had the service for some time
and uh you don't really use the service
anymore
or use other streaming services like
netflix or amazon prime so what you need
to do
is come across and open up your internet
browser
and the website you need to come to is
disneyplus.com
and once you come across to here on the
home screen you just want to go ahead
and log into your account
and then go ahead and enter your details
so you need to enter the email
for your account that the one you used
to sign up with
your password
and once you log into your account
you'll be on the home screen here
so what you need to do to cancel
your account so no longer charges
is go across to your profile icon up
here in the top right hand corner
it will come up with the drop down menu
you then want to go ahead and click
on to the account button here
um basically it's saying this your
account needs to be verified because
i've actually only just
opened this account with disney plus uh
with which when you
open your account you need to what like
with most things you need to go ahead
and verify your account
by clicking an email which would
normally be sent to the
email registered so what you need to do
from this page is scroll down
and you will see this button here which
says subscription
disney plus monthly go ahead and give
that a click
and all you need to do is you'll see the
details of the card
used for the subscription uh
when your last payment was the next due
date of your payment which is the fourth
of february for me
it's it does say zero pounds and zero
point sir because
i actually when i signed up i had a 30
day free trial
and then obviously from the fall for
february if i wanted to carry on i would
start
paying 5.99 a month
so if you're happy and you want to go
ahead and cancel just click this button
here which says cancel subscription
and all you got to do is just click one
of these reasons for why you're
cancelling
this is an essential
this is mainly feedback for earth for
disney
so i'm just gonna go ahead and put
um didn't find this movies and shows i
was looking for
because i don't really watch disney so
i'm going to go down i've selected my
option i'm going to go down there's a
box here which says continue to cancel
and it's going to try and get you to
stay signed up with your subscription
so it's going to be like before you go
we have a great selection of movies and
shows have you had a chance to watch
these titles
so this is the kind of thing to stop you
counseling
your subscription all you want to do is
just ignore that and scroll down
and you want to click on the red button

no thank you council disney plus and it
says thanks for your feedback
your responses helped us improve physics
experience you can restart your
subscription online after your payment
cycle ends
and if we go up it's just a confirmation
here saying your subscription has been
cancelled
a confirmation has been sent to my email
address here
and i can continue to watch disney plus
until the 4th of february when my next
bill is due
and that's your disney plus subscription
cancelled
