How to change measurements, autolamp, autolock, autounlock, language on 2010 2011 2012 Ford Fusion
49This video will show you how to change the measurement units; the time limit your car lights stay automatically lit when entering or exiting the vehicle; the auto door lock; the auto door unlock; and the display language - all of these options are found on the onboard dashboard computer display of your 2010 2011 or 2012 Ford Fusion (with cruise control buttons on the steering wheel, such as at the SEL trim level). To the lower left of the steering column, underneath the headlight switch, the brightness control and the trunk release button, you have 3 buttons : INFO, SETUP and RESET. Repeatedly press the INFO button until nothing is displayed on the onboard computer display (found underneath the speedometer instrument cluster). Then press the SETUP button to cycle through your options. You can reset the oil life counter; you can change measurement units from metric to English; you can change how long the lights stay on when locking or unlocking the doors; you can set the car doors to automatically lock when you start to drive; you can set the car doors to automatically unlock when you turn off the engine; and you can change the interface language of the onboard dashboard computer display.
