To find your console ID and serial number on your Xbox Series X, follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
Navigate to Profile & system.
Select Settings.
Go to System.
Choose Console info.
Here’s what you’ll find:

Console ID: This is different from the console serial number. It’s displayed second in the list.

Serial Number: You can find it either on the sticker at the back of your console (bottom for Xbox One) or in the settings under Console info
