To adjust the refresh rate on your Android phone, follow these steps:

Changing Resolution:
Open the Settings app.
Tap Display.

Select Screen resolution.
Choose your desired resolution. Keep in mind that higher resolutions provide sharper text but may impact battery life.

Modifying Refresh Rate:
Open the Settings app.
Tap Display.

Go to Advanced.
Find and select Smooth Display.

Toggle the switch to enable or disable the higher refresh rate.
Some phones dynamically switch between 60Hz and 90Hz based on screen context, while others offer a constant 90Hz or even 120Hz option
