to edit and rearrange your app list on an LG TV, follow these steps:

Press the Home Button:

Use your remote to press the Home button to open the home screen.
Access the App List:

Scroll to the app you want to move on the home screen or App List section.
Enter Edit Mode:

Highlight the app you want to move, then press and hold the OK or Select button on your remote. This action should bring up options to Move or Delete the app.
Move the App:

Choose the Move option. Use the arrow keys on your remote to drag the app to your desired position on the home screen.
Place the App:

Press the OK button once you’ve positioned the app where you want it.
Exit Edit Mode:

Press the Back or Home button to save your changes and exit edit mode.
