4To change your PlayStation email address on your PS4 console, follow these steps:
Go to Settings: From the PS4 home screen, press the "Up" button on your controller to access the main menu, then scroll to and select Settings (the toolbox icon).
Navigate to Account Management: Scroll down and select Account Management.
Access Account Information: Choose Account Information. It may take a moment to load.
Select Sign-in ID (Email Address): Scroll to Sign-in ID (Email Address) and press "X" to select it. This is the email tied to your PlayStation Network (PSN) account.
Enter Current Password: You’ll be prompted to enter your current PSN password for security verification. Input it using the on-screen keyboard and select Confirm.
Enter New Email Address: Type in your new email address using the on-screen keyboard. Double-check it for accuracy, as this will be your new sign-in ID.
Confirm Changes: Select Confirm or Continue. Sony will send a verification email to your new address.
Verify the New Email: Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a message from PlayStation. Open it and click the verification link or follow the instructions provided. You might need to do this on a phone, computer, or another device since the PS4 doesn’t have a built-in browser.
Sign Back In (if needed): Once verified, your email is updated. If you’re signed out on the PS4, sign back in with the new email and your existing password.
