How to Cancel PS Plus Subscription on your PS4 Console
To cancel your PlayStation Plus subscription on your PS4 console, follow these steps:
Turn on your PS4 and sign in to the PlayStation Network account with the PS Plus subscription you want to cancel.

From the home screen, go to Settings. It’s the toolbox icon located in the top menu.

Select Account Management from the Settings menu.

Choose Account Information.

Scroll down and select PlayStation Subscriptions.

Find your PlayStation Plus subscription in the list. It’ll show the subscription type and renewal date.

Select Turn Off Auto-Renew. This stops the subscription from renewing automatically at the end of the current billing period.

Confirm your choice when prompted by selecting Yes or OK. Your PS Plus benefits will continue until the subscription period you’ve already paid for expires.
