To hide games from your profile on a PS4 account, you can use the privacy settings to control what others see. Here’s how to do it:
Go to Privacy Settings:
From the PS4 home screen, select Settings (the toolbox icon at the top right).

Scroll to Account Management, then choose Privacy Settings.

Sign in with your PlayStation Network (PSN) credentials if prompted.
Hide Specific Games:
In the Privacy Settings menu, select Hidden Games.

A list of games associated with your account will appear. Check the box next to any game you want to hide, then save your changes.

These games will no longer appear in your public profile, activities, or trophy list when others view your account. Note that this doesn’t stop people from seeing what you’re currently playing unless you adjust additional settings (see below).
Limit Who Sees Your Gaming History:
Back in Privacy Settings, go to Gaming | Media.

Select Who can see your gaming history.

Choose No One to prevent anyone from viewing your played games, or opt for Friends or Friends of Friends if you want some control while still hiding from the public.

Hide What You’re Currently Playing:
To keep your active game hidden, go to your Profile on the PS4 home screen.

Select Set Online Status and choose Appear Offline. This hides both your online status and the game you’re currently playing from others in real-time.
