To get the YouTube app on your PS4 console, follow these steps:
Turn on your PS4 and sign in to your PlayStation Network account.

From the home screen, go to PlayStation Store. It’s the shopping bag icon typically found on the main menu.

In the PlayStation Store, select Search at the top of the screen.

Type "YouTube" into the search bar and press the X button to search.

Select the YouTube app from the search results. It should be the official app by Google.

Choose Download on the YouTube app page. The app is free, so it will start downloading to your console.

Once the download is complete, go back to the home screen. You’ll find the YouTube app under TV & Video, or it may appear as a tile on the main menu if recently installed.

Select the YouTube app to open it. You can sign in with your Google account if prompted, but it’s optional to start using it.
