In this video, I will show you how to change your YouTube channels profile picture and your YouTube usernames profile picture, without changing your other Google services profile pictures on your Google account. Please note, it may take a few minutes for your profile picture to update across YouTube.

Steps To Change Your YouTube Channel And Usernames Profile Picture:
1. Open up your browser, navigate to https://www.youtube.com and sign in to your Google account to continue to YouTube
2. Once you're signed in, click on your profile picture at the top right hand corner
3. Click "Your channel" to be taken to your YouTube channels page
4. Click "Customize Channel" and a new tab will open taking you to your YouTube Studio
5. Under Channel Customization in your YouTube Studio, click the "Branding" tab
6. Under "Picture" click on either the "Change" or "Remove" button
7. If you clicked "Change" a new window will open, prompting you to pick a new image from your local device. Once you have found the image that you would like to be your new profile picture, click on it to select it and then click "Open" to upload it as your new YouTube channel and usernames profile picture.
Profile picture guidelines:
JPG, GIF, BMP, or PNG file (no animated GIFs)
Minimum size: 98 X 98 px
Maximum file size: 4MB
8. If you have chosen a profile picture that is too large, a window called "customize picture" will open allowing you to freely resize your picture and crop it to an appropriate size to fit. Once cropped, click "Done"
9. Click Publish
10. Close out of your channel customization page on your YouTube channel and you will be taken back to the first browser tab where you were viewing your public YouTube channel
11. Click on the refresh button on your browser to refresh the page and see your new YouTube channel and usernames profile picture.
Congratulations, you have successfully changed your YouTube channel and usernames profile picture.
