How To Resize Or Upgrade Your Linode Server To A New Plan

In this video I will show you how you can quickly and easily resize any of your Linode servers to a new plan. Linode servers can be resized to accommodate your new requirements, whether you want upgrade your server due to a sudden burst of traffic or if you're not using your Linode server as much as you thought, you can temporarily or permanently resize your Linode to a different plan. Steps To Resize Your Linode Server:
1. Sign in to your Linode account
2. You will now be on your Linode dashboard where you will be able to see a list of all your Linode server
3. Navigate to the right hand side of the server you want to resize and click the three horizontal dots
4. Click Resize
5. Select the server size you would like to resize to.
6. Next, scroll down until you see "Auto Resize Disk". Select or unselect this option if you would like Linode to automatically resize your server (disk) going forward
7.In the confirmation box, under "Confirm" type the label of the Linode server that you wish to resize
8. Once done, click "Resize Linode" and Linode will automatically begin resizing your server by first powering it off, migrating it, and restoring your server to it's previous state.

Congratulations, you have successfully resized your Linode server to a different plan.
