How to Connect Steam Deck to your TV or Monitor without DOCK Station (Fast Tutorial)
Connecting your Steam Deck to your TV is a great way to enjoy gaming on a larger screen. Here’s how to do it:
Using the Official Steam Deck Dock
Connect the Dock to Power:
Plug the official Steam Deck Dock into a power source using the provided power adapter. The dock needs to be powered for proper operation.
Connect the Dock to the TV:
Use an HDMI cable to connect the dock to your TV. Plug one end of the HDMI cable into the HDMI port on the dock and the other end into an HDMI port on your TV.
Connect the Steam Deck to the Dock:
Place your Steam Deck into the dock, ensuring it is properly seated and connected to the USB-C port on the dock.
Switch TV Input:
Use your TV remote to switch to the HDMI input where the dock is connected. You should see the Steam Deck’s display appear on your TV.
