To turn off a controller connected to your Steam Deck, you can follow these steps:

Disconnect via Bluetooth Settings:
Go to the Steam Deck’s Settings.
Navigate to Bluetooth.
Find your controller in the list of connected devices and select it to disconnect.

Disable Steam Input:
Switch to Desktop Mode on your Steam Deck.
Open Steam and go to your Library.

Right-click on the game you want to play and select Properties.
Go to the Controller tab and select Disable Steam Input.
Use Quick Access Menu:

While in a game, press the Quick Access button (the three dots button).
Navigate to the Controller settings and change the order or disable the controller.
