To check if your Amazon Firestick is connected to a 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz WiFi network, follow these steps:

Go to Settings: From the Firestick home screen, navigate to the Settings menu.

Select Network: Choose the Network option.

View Network Details: Highlight the WiFi network you are connected to and press the Play/Pause button on your remote. This will display the network details, including the frequency band (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz) and other connection statistics.

If you want to switch between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz networks for potentially faster speeds, you can:

Forget Current Network: In the Network settings, highlight your current network and press the Menu button on your remote to forget it.

Select Desired Network: Choose the other network from the list of available networks and connect to it.

Switching to a 5 GHz network can often provide faster speeds and less interference, especially in environments with many devices.
