To adjust your streaming resolution and frame rate in OBS Studio, follow these steps:

Open OBS Studio and click on Menu - Settings.
In the settings window, select the Video tab.

Change the Output (Scaled) Resolution to either 1920x1080 or 1280x720.
Adjust the Common FPS Values to either 30 (for 1080p streaming) or 60 (for 720p streaming).
