How to cook Pancit bihon #SimpleRecipe

Pancit,also spelled pansít,
is a general term referring to various
traditional noodle dishes in Filipino cuisine.
There are numerous types of pancit
often named based on the noodles used,
method of cooking, place of origin, or the ingredients.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons cooking oil
2 pcs chopped onion
4 gloves of minced garlic
¼ pork (boiled for 3 minutes)
1 Pc Chicken leg (boiled for 3 minutes)
3 cups shredded cabbage
¼ kilo green bean
½ cup chopped celery leaves
2 pcs carrots. Sliced
½ kilo Pancit bihon rice noodles
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1.Soak bihon noodles in cold water for around 30 minutes and drain well. set aside
2.Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook, stirring, until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Add pork and chicken; cook, stirring, until just cooked through, 3 to 5 minutes more.
3.Add the vegetables to the pot. Bring to a simmer; cook until the vegetables are mostly tender, about 5 minutes.
4.Add water and soy sauce then boil
5.Once boiled Transfer the vegetables to a plate and set aside
6.Add pancit bihon and cook, stirring, until the liquid is absorbed, 3 to 5 minutes.
7.Add the vegetables and celery leaves then stir.
