This video will show you how to create an offline Games for Windows Live profile in order to save your game progress in Grand Theft Auto IV (4) on PC. This can be done without the need of an online connection and account. You will be asked 'You have not signed in. You will need to sign in to save your progress and to be awarded Achievements. Do you want to sign in now?' Simply accept and progress to the option 'Create a New Profile' followed by electing to 'Create an Offline Profile.'
