You can not remove the lubricating strip guide off of a 5-blade Gillette Venus women's razor head cartridge, unless of course you want to scrap the razor head. The housing that holds said lubricating strip guides also functions as the snap hinges that connect the blades to the rest of the razor head cartridge, so removing this also removes the ability to keep the razor blades connected to the rest of the razor head.
