About this video: Finding chunk borders in Minecraft Bedrock is actually a little more difficult than you might expect. Luckily, this video shows you exactly how to locate the borders of chunks on Bedrock Edition.
Now, first things first, it is worth noting that finding an exact chunk border on Bedrock Edition is much more difficult than Java Edition. This is because all you need to do on Java Edition is press a few buttons. However, Bedrock Edition isn’t that easy.
The first thing we need to do locate chunk borders in Minecraft Bedrock is turn on the ability to see coordinates. You can do this in your settings. Navigate to the gameplay settings, and turn on the ‘Show Coordinates’ option. When you do this, your coordinates will start showing at the top of the screen.
From here it is actually a bit easy to find your chunk borders. However, you may want to get a calculator out in order to get the best results.
The reason you may need a calculator is because how you find chunk borders on Minecraft Bedrock is by taking the coordinate numbers and dividing the by 16. Any block that is divisible by 16 is on a chunk border.
For example, the coordinates 32 72 16 have both X and Y coordinates that are divisible by 16, meaning that you are on the corner of a chunk border. If only one is divisible by 16, you are on the edge but not the corner.
Truthfully, I wish there was a better way to locate Minecraft Bedrock chunk borders. However, this is currently the easiest way to find them.
