How to Forget a Network & Reset on PS5 Pro (Fix Wifi Issues)
5If you want to forget a network or reset the network settings on your PS5 Pro, follow these steps:
How to Forget a Network
Go to Network Settings
Navigate to Settings (gear icon) on the Home Screen.
Select Network.
Access Saved Networks
Choose Settings under the Network menu.
Select Set Up Internet Connection to view a list of available and previously connected Wi-Fi networks.
Forget the Network
Highlight the network you want to forget.
Press the Options button on your controller.
Select Forget from the menu.
The network will now be removed from the PS5, and it will no longer automatically connect to it.
How to Reset Network Settings
Resetting the network settings will remove all saved Wi-Fi networks and configurations. Here's how to do it:
Navigate to Network Settings
Go to Settings - Network.
Reset Internet Settings
Scroll down and select Reset Internet Settings.
Confirm the action when prompted.
All network settings will be cleared, and the PS5 will restart.
Reconfigure Network
After the reset, go back to Set Up Internet Connection to reconnect to your Wi-Fi or set up a new connection.
