This video will show you how to fix the following error message when running an Xbox Play Anywhere game (such as Forza MotorSport 7) under Windows 10:

MISSING TITLE UPDATE
Your profile save game requires the latest title update. Sign in to Xbox Live and restart the game to download the title update.

If you follow the instructions, that is to say, login to Xbox Live and then restart the game, and yet the game does not automatically update, simply close your game, then find the game entry in the Microsoft Store application of your Windows 10 operating system. In the Microsoft Store app, under DOWNLOADS AND UPDATES, there should be an update available for your game there (click on the down-arrow-icon next to the game's title to patch your game). If your DOWNLOADS AND UPDATES list is empty, again in the Microsoft Store app, find your game under MY LIBRARY and update the game there (whether it be on the MY LIBRARY page or on the store page of the game itself).
