Check PSN Server Status (Most Likely Cause)
Visit the PlayStation Network status page to see if PlayStation Store or PSN services are down or under maintenance.
If servers are offline, wait for Sony to restore service.
Test and Stabilize Internet Connection (Second Most Likely Cause)
Go to Settings, Network, Connection Status, Test Internet Connection to check connectivity.
Fixes for unstable connections:
Switch to a wired Ethernet connection or move closer to your router.
Restart your router/modem.
Change DNS settings: Go to Settings, Network, Settings, Set Up Internet Connection, select your network, choose Manual, set Primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and Secondary DNS to 8.8.4.4 (Google DNS).
Try switching Wi-Fi bands (2.4GHz or 5GHz) if applicable.
Sign Out and Sign Back In
Go to Settings, Users and Accounts, Other, Sign Out, then sign back in with your PSN credentials.
Restart the PS5
Press the PS button, select Power, Restart PS5, or power cycle by holding the console’s power button until it beeps twice (about 7 seconds).
Restore Licenses

Add funds to PSN wallet: Settings, Users and Accounts, Account, Payment and Subscriptions, Add Funds.
