This video will show you how to fix Microsoft Xbox 360 Xbox LIVE marketplace downloads remaining suspended and stuck as 'download pending' or 'download interrupted'. In this situation, selecting 'download now' does not initiate the download and rather does nothing. The easiest way I've found to solve this problem (especially if in a store, shop, applet, a different application, or game) is to leave the program and return to the Xbox 360 home dashboard (I perform this through using the Xbox Guide button). If this does not solve your problem, try rebooting the console, or try signing out and then signing back in to Xbox LIVE. Hopefully, your downloadable content should download as intended and should complete their download. I myself have experienced this issue purchasing DLC addon songs in the Rocksmith 2014 shop.
