How to Fix your Locked Games on PS5 Pro Console (Easy Tutorial)
7To transfer all users, settings, and data from a PS4 or PS5 to your new PS5 Pro, follow these steps:
1. Prepare Both Consoles
Connect both consoles to the same Wi-Fi network, or ideally, use a wired Ethernet connection for faster transfer speeds.
Sign in to the same PlayStation Network (PSN) account on both consoles.
2. Update System Software
Ensure both consoles have the latest system software.
Go to Settings - System - System Software - System Software Update and Settings on each console to check for updates.
3. Initiate Data Transfer on PS5 Pro
On your PS5 Pro, go to Settings - System - System Software - Data Transfer and select Continue.
If you’re transferring from a PS4, turn it on and sign in if you haven’t done so already.
4. Select Your PS4 or PS5 as the Source Console
The PS5 Pro will search for the other console on the same network.
Select your PS4 or PS5 from the list of available devices.
5. Prepare for Data Transfer
You may be prompted to hold the Power Button on your source console (PS4 or PS5) until you hear a beep to confirm the transfer request.

6. Choose Data to Transfer

7. Wait for Transfer to Complete
The transfer process may take some time, depending on the amount of data being transferred and the type of connection (wired is faster than Wi-Fi).
Do not turn off either console or disconnect from the network during the transfer.
8. Finish and Verify Data
Once the transfer is complete, both consoles will restart.
Verify that all users, settings, games, and data are available on your PS5 Pro.
