In this video, I demonstrate how to create a natural hair color ideal for a first time hair color client creating red or auburn and chestnut hair color highlights. I use a demi-permanent color which does not lighten, simply deposits and gives the client options with her hair color. This hair color technique is called a block color technique. It's great for highlights, hair color, new color clients, dimensional hair color and ways to be more flexible with your clients in the salon. This is great for red heads, red hair, chestnut brown hair, highlights, and other celebrity type hair color.
