To format an SD card on your Steam Deck for storing games, follow these steps:

1. Insert the SD Card:
Insert your SD card into the microSD card slot on your Steam Deck. It’s located at the bottom of the device.
2. Access the Steam Menu:
Press the Steam button on your Steam Deck to bring up the main menu.
Scroll down and select Settings.
3. Go to System Settings:
In the Settings menu, scroll down and select System.
4. Format the SD Card:
Under the System section, scroll down to find the Format SD Card option.
Select Format SD Card and confirm the action. This will format the SD card to the ext4 file system, which is optimized for the Steam Deck and Linux-based systems.
5. Wait for the Formatting Process:
The formatting process may take a few minutes, depending on the size of the SD card. Once complete, the SD card will be ready to use.
6. Set the SD Card as Default Install Location (Optional):
After formatting, you can set the SD card as your default installation location for games.
In the Storage section of the Settings menu, select the SD card as the default location
