From what you need to do to craft wind charges to even how to get breeze rods, which is what wind charges are made from, this video covers it all!
To get started, you will need to get some breeze rods. This how you craft wind charges as you can craft one breeze rod into four wind charges.
Breeze rods are dropped by killing breeze. This is a new mob in Minecraft 1.21 that can be found in the Trial Chambers. These can be located in two ways. Either randomly or using a trial map obtained from a cartographer villager.
Once you have found a trial chamber, breeze are very common. Completing a few trial vaults will get a lot of breeze rods in most cases allowing you t make a ton of wind charges.
It is worth nothing that you can get wind charges from completing trial chambers as well. However, this is much less reliable than crafting them from breeze rods.
Speaking off, once you have breeze rods just place them in a crafting table. Doing so will give you four wind charges. These can be fired by pressing left click. The will explode on impact with any entity or block creating knock back and damage.
