Now, we can just send them this video to answer their question, and it will help server owners learn how to get staff for their Minecraft servers. Thus, let's just on into it.
First and foremost before you even think about becoming staff on a server, you need to play on the server. For our server, you need to be playing on the server consistently for around 30 days before we consider bringing you on staff. For other servers, this may just be a week. It really is going to depend on the server you are playing on. No matter what though you will need to play on the server for some time before you have a chance at becoming a staff member.
While you are playing on the server though, you need to have a positive attitude and be a good member of the community. You have no chance at being staff if are constantly causing issues. Staff members solve problems on servers, and you should be doing this too. Solve problems when they come up. Not only your own issues but other player's issues as well.
All of this is to say the best way to get staff on a #MinecraftServer is to act how the staff on the server acts. If you do this, the server owners, other staff members, and even players will start to notice that you would be a good fit for staff. Thus, you will soon be asked to come on as a staff member.
Now, obviously, if a server has staff applications, fill one out, but make sure you are doing the above if you do. That way when the server's owner sees your name in a staff application they think, 'they are a perfect fit'.
