About this video: If you are ready to launch your #Minecraft server, this is the video for you. I show you how to launch your Minecraft server and the how to support your Minecraft server in order to make sure you can continue to grow day, after day after day.
It has been a very long journey to get to this point, but you are just getting started. Now, you need to launch and continue growing your server. This is where you interact with your community, add the things they want. One thing I will say is that while I personally believe we have the best Minecraft server in the multiverse, we also have the best community in the multiverse. The community is what leads us everywhere we go.
That is why it is so important to continue to work on your server and add new things. With that being said, be careful here. Don't expand to a new game mode too quickly. From our experience, you need at least 100 players in your primary game mode before expanding to a new one. Before you expand and start working a new server, improve the one you have as much as you possibly can. Add everything that can improve the player experience.
By taking this approach, you will see your server continue to grow via things like word-of-mouth, voting sites, and just players having fun. If people join your server and see other people having fun, they will want to stay. This includes you being on the server and having fun. One comment we get all the time is that people are amazed as to how much myself and Patrick who co-owns are server actually play on it.
This really surprises me as we are playing on it every day to listen to the player base and make it better. It helps improve our community and overall give us better results as a whole. This is the mentality you need to take to your own server if you want to succeed. Get better every day, listen to your player base, and focus on making the best server in the world.
Now, this isn't the end of the series by any means, but I realized I had yet to go over actually getting your server live. Now, we still need to talk about lag, performance enhancements, plugin overviews, and much more. I'll continue to add related videos to the playlist linked in the description down below. Bookmark that if you want constant help and tips to improve your Minecraft server.
Nevertheless, best of luck in growing and expanding your #MinecraftServer. If you have any questions, post the in the comments below, and thank you very much for watching!
