Taking the First 4 Zora Eggs to the Research Lab - The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask Walkthrough
5After getting some or all of the Zora Eggs from the Pirates' Fortress, drop them into the tank inside the Marine Research Lab. The lab is the tiny building found in the water off of the Great Bay Coast with the Owl Statue and Tingle.
The tank can be a bit picky about where exactly you drop the eggs, but it's best to try near the center. Once you find a good place, however, you should be able to drop the other three in that same spot.
After you drop off all four of the eggs, go to the shack on the beach and talk to the seahorse inside. Preferably with a picture of a pirate.
