In this video I show you how to join a private server in Roblox. In order to join a private server you will either need to own one, or be able to join one. If a friend owns a private server and allows friends to join then you will be able to join a private server. However, to be able to receive an invite you will need to have the required settings.

To be able to be invited to a private server in Roblox you will need to have account restrictions turned off. Additionally, you will also need to have the “Who can make me a member of their private server?” setting set to Friends or higher. If it is set to friends then only friends will be able to private servers, However, you can always set the option to Everyone to allow all people to invite you to their private servers. Both these settings can be found in your account Privacy settings page.

Once you have access to a private server you will then be able to join it. You can join a private server in Roblox by fist selecting the experience without launching the game. Once selected, you will then need to open the servers page. On the PC application this is found towards the bottom of the game’s information page.

On the servers page you will see the Private Servers heading, with all of the private servers you have access to listed below with a join button. Clicking the Join button will load you into the selected experience in the private server.
