How to Change Roblox Game Thumbnail - Upload Game Thumbnail
11In this video I show you how to change Roblox game thumbnail. This allows you to upload a thumbnail for your experience that is used on the game information page. You can add a Roblox game thumbnail using the Roblox Creator Hub. Unfortunately, you can’t access the creator hub through the Roblox application. Instead, you will need to use your browser to change your game thumbnail on Roblox.
Once on the Roblox creator hub you will need to select Creations from the side menu. Here you will see all of the experiences you have created. Additionally, you will need to select the experience that you want to change the game thumbnail on.
With the experience selected you will see a series of tips to attract more users. This panel appears just below the Insights heading. One of the options will be to upload a custom thumbnail for your experience. However, if you don’t have the option then you will need to select Places from the side menu. From the Places page you will need to select a place then select the Thumbnails option from the side menu.
There are several options when it comes to uploading a game thumbnail. The most common being an Image. However, you can also upload a video, or use an auto-generated image.
You can upload a game thumbnail by clicking on the Upload Image button. From here you can select an image to use, then click the Open button to upload the image. You can repeat the process to upload multiple thumbnail images for your game.
Once you have finished uploading thumbnails for your Roblox game you can then change the order. You can reorder your Roblox experience thumbnails by dragging from the line icon. However, if you only have one game image then you won’t need to reorder the images. Additionally, you can use the bin icon to delete the image.
After you have added your game thumbnails you may need to save changes to complete the process. It may take a few minutes for the thumbnails to be added to your Roblox game as the images will first go through a moderation process. You can check if your Roblox game thumbnail has been added by going to the experience page for your game.
