Here are some possible troubleshooting steps to follow if SMS text messages are successfully sent and received but MMS photo messages fail to send (the error message 'Not Delivered' along with a red exclamation mark displays. Tapping the ! shows: Your message was not sent. Tap "Try Again" to send this message (and this too refuses to work). In your iPhone SETTINGS, ensure that AIRPLANE MODE is set to OFF. Again in your iPhone SETTINGS, under MESSAGES, ensure iMessage is set to OFF and that MMS MESSAGING is set to ON. Lastly, in your iPhone SETTINGS, under CELLULAR, ensure that CELLULAR DATA is set to ON (remember to turn it back off once your MMS photo message has been sent, otherwise, other apps (even those running in the background) can eat up your monthly mobile data plan allotment, and this can possibly lead to overage charges.
