To remap the buttons on your Nintendo Switch controller, follow these steps:

From the Home Screen, select System Settings.
Scroll down to Controllers and Sensors.
Choose Change Button Mapping.
Select the controller you want to remap.

Change the button mapping for each button according to your preference.
When you’re finished, select Done.

Keep in mind that button remapping is compatible only with Joy-Con (L), Joy-Con ® , and the Nintendo Switch Pro Controller. You can also remap buttons on the Nintendo Switch Lite
