This video will show you how to remotely control another computer from your own computer over the Internet completely free of charge and easily. This is accomplished through using the free TeamViewer software and service. The software is but 5 MB in file size, it does not require administrative privileges to use and does not even require installation on the host nor on the client's computer (the software can be run when needed directly from the executable file). Through the user ID and password granted by the TeamViewer servers, both host and client can work and collaborate at the same time on the host's computer desktop using the host's software and files, with the host seeing in real time what the client is doing and with the client seeing in real time what the host is doing (ideal for school work group projects). This method is also great for those seeking technical computer help from others: the individual seeking help can grant access to the other party who can then take control of the individual's computer and make the necessary configuration changes all while never having to leave the house. The software is much simpler and easier to use than Windows' Remote Desktop Connection, and even includes other useful features such as file transfer and voice over IP microphone communication between both parties.
