In this video, I will show you how to reset all settings on the Vivo Y20i smartphone without deleting any saved data and downloaded applications.

The default interface of every smartphone can be customized according to the user’s liking. That said, you can make your smartphone look and feel the way you wanted. All you have to do is make some alterations to the default settings. And should things go wrong after making some changes, there is always a reset button to press.
Every smartphone integrates different types of reset commands including a factory reset, network reset and all settings reset.
Depicted in this tutorial video is the actual process of resetting all settings of the Vivo Y20i smartphone.
Performing this reset will erase all existing settings including customized options and features without deleting all saved data on the internal memory of the phone. This reset is often recommended among the last options when dealing with recurring system issues, particularly those that instigated after altering the phone’s default configurations.
And here’s how it’s done.
Steps to Reset All Settings on Vivo Y20i
Before you proceed, be sure to ready your Wi-Fi passwords because you will need to re-enter them later. Note that this reset will delete all existing network configurations including saved Bluetooth connections, Wi-Fi networks and cellular data settings on the phone.
Once everything is set, access the Apps viewer by swiping up from the bottom of the Home screen.
While on the Apps viewer, find and then tap the Settings icon.
The main settings menu will load up on the next display. Here, you will see all the built-in features and applications on the phone.
Scroll down to the lower section. Then, tap System management.
System settings will populate the next display.
Scroll down to the lower section and then tap Backup and Reset.
On the next screen, you will see a list of backup and restore as well as reset commands.
Select the command to Reset all settings.
Doing so will prompt the device to instigate system settings reset.
Enter your device pattern or PIN, if prompted.
Read the final warning from the pop-up screen beneath the display. Then, tap Reset to confirm.
The phone will then start erasing all custom settings and then restarts by itself. Just wait for it to finish booting up.
Default system settings will then be restored.
By then, you can start re-enabling necessary features particularly the ones that are disabled by default.
Again, you will need to set up Wi-Fi and reconnect to your Wi-Fi network and get back online like it's the first time.
Security unlock including PIN, pattern, fingerprint and other relevant settings are also restored to default, so you’ll need to redo the setup.
Phone issues that are attributed to erratic settings are likewise rectified in the process, so you can expect your device to work smoothly again as intended.
