In this video, I will demonstrate the process of performing a network settings reset to restore network defaults on the VIVO Y20i smartphone.

Resetting network settings works by erasing all custom network settings including APNs, saved Wi-Fi networks, Bluetooth connections, cellular data configurations and other network-related settings.

Locate and then tap System management to continue.

Scroll down to the lower section, and then tap Back up and Reset.

If prompted, enter your device's pin or pattern to authorize reset.
A final warning will show up on the next screen.
Read the warning message and then tap Reset settings at the bottom to confirm action.
The phone will then start erasing all current network configurations and relevant information.
After the reset, automatic system reboot follows. Just wait until the phone is finished restarting. By then, you can start setting up a fresh network connection on your device.
This means the need for you to connect to your Wi-Fi network and pair Bluetooth devices like it's the first time.
Any network problems attributed to erratic network customization will likewise be rectified in the process.
