How to Reset JLab Go Air Pop Earbuds (Easy Tutorial)
Resetting the Earbuds
If you experience connectivity or syncing issues between the left and right earbuds, follow these steps:
Forget Device on Bluetooth:
On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and "forget" JLab JBuds AirSport.
Power Off the Earbuds:
Remove both earbuds from the case.
Tap the touch sensors on both earbuds 4 times quickly. This should power them off. You’ll hear a chime or see no lights to confirm.
Reset Pairing Mode:
With the earbuds off, tap and hold the touch sensors on both earbuds for 10 seconds.
Release the touch sensors when you see the lights flash blue three times, indicating a reset.
Re-Pair the Earbuds:
Place both earbuds back in the case.
Remove them again, and they will automatically enter pairing mode (one earbud will blink white and blue).
Reconnect to your device via Bluetooth.
