Here's how to connect your PlayStation 5 (PS5) controller to a PC:

Using a USB Cable:
Connect with a USB Cable:
Use a USB-C cable to connect your PS5 controller to your PC. Plug one end into the controller's USB-C port and the other into a USB port on your PC.
The controller should be automatically recognized by Windows, allowing you to use it for games that support controller input.

Using Bluetooth:
Enable Bluetooth on Your PC:
Ensure your PC has Bluetooth capability or use a Bluetooth adapter. Navigate to Settings Devices Bluetooth & other devices, and turn on Bluetooth.

Put the Controller in Pairing Mode:
On the PS5 controller, hold down the PS button (the PlayStation logo button) and the Create button (the small button to the left of the touchpad) at the same time until the light bar starts flashing. This indicates the controller is in pairing mode.

Pair the Controller:
On your PC, go to the Bluetooth settings, click on "Add Bluetooth or other device", then select "Bluetooth".

Your PS5 controller should appear in the list of available devices. Click on it to pair. Once paired, the light bar will stop flashing and show a solid color, indicating a successful connection.
