How To Reset PSN Password If Forgotten On your PS5 (Best Method)
2If you’ve forgotten your PlayStation Network (PSN) password and need to reset it using your PS5, follow these steps:
Access the Sign-In Screen:
Turn on your PS5 and go to the user selection screen. If another user is signed in, go to Settings - Users and Accounts -Users - Add User or Switch User.
Select Sign In to access the PSN login screen.
Select Forgot Password:
On the PSN sign-in screen, enter your email address associated with your PSN account.
Below the password field, select Forgot Your Password?.
Initiate Password Reset:
The PS5 will prompt you to confirm your email address. Ensure it’s correct, then select Send Email.
You’ll receive an email from PlayStation with a link to reset your password. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from Sony Interactive Entertainment.
Follow the Email Instructions:
