In this video I will show you how to save your email message(s) as a PDF file in Gmail. These PDF files will be saved locally onto your computer/smartphone/tablet with a destination of your choice. Your email messages once saved can be viewed offline using a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Steps To Save Email Messages As PDF In Gmail:
1. Navigate to https://mail.google.com and log in to your Google Account.
2. Once you're in your Gmail account inbox, find the email message or email conversation that you would like to Save As PDF and open it
3. At the top right hand corner of the email message, left click the printer icon which when hovered over will say "Print all".
4. A new window will open, taking you to the print settings. A preview of your email message or email conversation that you would like to print will also open to the left hand side of this new window reflecting the changes you make in your print settings.
5, Change the "Destination" in your print settings to "Save As PDF"
6. Once you have customized your PDF settings, simply left click on Save to Save your email message or email conversation as a PDF.
7. A new window will open, where you will need to select a file path destination to save your email message as PDF.
8. Once you have chosen an appropriate folder, adjust the "file name" and "save as type" to your liking and then left click on "save" to save your email as PDF.
