To scan for antenna channels on your Amazon Fire TV, you’ll need a compatible Fire TV Edition television (one that has a built-in tuner) or an external digital tuner connected to your Fire TV. Here’s how to do it:

1. Connect the Antenna
Plug your TV antenna into the Antenna/Cable In port on the back of your Fire TV Edition TV or external tuner device.

2. Access the Live TV Settings
Press the Home button on your Fire TV remote.
Navigate to Settings (gear icon).
Select Live TV or TV Inputs (varies by model).

3. Start Channel Scanning
Choose Channel Scan or a similar option from the Live TV settings.
Follow the on-screen instructions to begin the scan. This process will search for all available over-the-air (OTA) channels in your area.
Wait for the scan to complete. It usually takes a few minutes.

4. View the Channels
Once the scan is complete, you can access the channels through the Live TV section on your Fire TV home screen.
Use the guide feature (if available) to see what’s currently airing.
