How to Screen Mirror Android to Smart TV in Seconds! | Screen Mirror Fast!
Screen mirroring your Android phone to a smart TV allows you to display your phone’s screen—apps, videos, photos, or games—on a larger display. This guide covers wireless methods (Miracast, Chromecast, built-in casting) and wired HDMI connections for most smart TVs (LG, Samsung, Sony, TCL, etc.). Follow these steps for a quick setup.
Method 1: Screen Mirror Using Built-In Wireless Display (Miracast/Cast)
Most smart TVs (2014+ models) support Miracast or built-in casting features like LG Screen Share or Samsung Smart View.
Enable Mirroring on Smart TV:
LG: Press Home, select Screen Share or Device Connector, and ensure it’s enabled. Note the TV’s name (e.g., “[LG] webOS TV”).
Samsung: Go to Source - Screen Mirroring or Settings - General - Smart View.
Sony: Go to Settings- Network & Internet - Screen Mirroring and enable.
TCL/Roku: Go to Settings - System - Screen Mirroring - Enable Screen Mirroring Mode.
Connect to Same Wi-Fi:
Ensure your phone and TV are on the same Wi-Fi (check TV in Settings - Network).
Enable Casting on Android:
Swipe down to open Quick Settings.
Tap Cast, Screen Cast, Smart View, or Wireless Display (name varies: Samsung uses Smart View, Xiaomi uses Cast, Google Pixel uses Screen Cast).
If unavailable, go to Settings -Connected Devices - Connection Preferences - Cast or Settings - Display - Cast.
Select Your TV:
Choose your TV’s name from the list.
Accept the connection on the TV if prompted (using the remote).
Your phone’s screen should appear on the TV.
Stop Mirroring:
In Quick Settings - Cast, tap Disconnect.
