Go to PlayStation Store:
From the PS4 home screen, select the PlayStation Store icon.
Access Redeem Codes:
Scroll to the bottom of the left-hand menu in the PlayStation Store.
Select Redeem Codes.
Enter the Code:
Carefully input the 12-digit code from your gift card or voucher. Codes are case-sensitive and typically alphanumeric (e.g., XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
You can type the code using the on-screen keyboard or, if your PS4 has a camera, scan the code if prompted.
Confirm Redemption:
Select Continue or Redeem to process the code.
If valid, the content (e.g., funds, games, or subscriptions) will be added to your account. For gift cards, the funds will appear in your PSN wallet.
Check Balance or Content:
To confirm funds, go to Settings - Account Management - Account Information - Wallet.
For games or DLC, check your Library on the PS4 home screen.
